The Kindergarten Block buzzed with excitement and enthusiasm as a vibrant Vegetable Market Activity was organised for the young learners. The activity provided children with a fun and meaningful opportunity to learn through real-life experiences.

 

The little ones enthusiastically participated in identifying different vegetables, learning their names, colours, shapes and uses. They also took part in a mock buying-and-selling experience, where they learnt how to use money wisely, count currency, make simple transactions and understand the value of money.

 

The activity also encouraged children to develop communication skills, decision-making abilities, social interaction and confidence. Through this hands-on experience, they learnt the importance of healthy eating, making sensible choices and becoming responsible consumers.

 

The activity beautifully combined learning with play, making the learning experience enjoyable, practical and memorable for the young learners.

 

The President, Dr Narotam Singh, the Vice President, Dr Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along with the Principal,  Mrs Savina Bahl appreciated the teachers for creating meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom. Such activities nurture confidence, independence, practical skills and responsible habits in children from an early age.
