CBP on “Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies”

 The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you.

A Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on “Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies” was organized under the aegis of CBSE Centre of Excellence (COE), Ludhiana for teachers. The workshop was conducted by Kanika Sachdeva, Principal of New GMT Public School, Ludhiana and Divpreet Kaur, Principal of St. Soldier Divine Public School, Mrg Marg, Jalandhar who shared valuable insights on competency-based education, outcome-oriented teaching, innovative pedagogical practices, and effective assessment strategies. Through interactive discussions, collaborative activities, and practical examples, the resource persons highlighted the importance of creating engaging classrooms that promote critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development among learners. Teachers actively participated in the sessions and gained practical strategies to align teaching methods with desired learning outcomes, making the programme a highly enriching professional development. 

The President Dr. Narotam Singh, the Vice President Dr. Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along with the Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl said that continuous learning and professional development are essential for educational excellence. Such programmes empower teachers with innovative approaches and renewed perspectives, enabling them to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences for every child.
