Educational Excursion to Virasat-e-Haveli, Amritsar

The students of Classes VI to VIII embarked on an enriching and memorable educational excursion to Virasat-e-Haveli, Amritsar, which included an exciting one-night stay. The trip was designed to provide students with a unique blend of cultural exposure, experiential learning, and recreational activities beyond the classroom environment.
During their stay, the students explored the rich Punjabi heritage showcased through traditional architecture, folk performances, rural life exhibits, and cultural displays. They enthusiastically participated in various interactive activities that helped them gain a deeper appreciation of Punjab’s history, traditions, and values. The overnight stay offered students an opportunity to develop independence, teamwork, and social skills while enjoying quality time with their peers in a safe and supervised environment.
The excursion was filled with learning, fun, and adventure as students engaged in cultural experiences, recreational activities, and group interactions. Teachers and staff members ensured the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the trip, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The President Dr. Narotam Singh, the Vice President Dr. Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along with the Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl expressed great satisfaction over the successful conduct of the excursion and stated that such educational visits play a vital role in broadening students’ horizons and connecting them with their cultural roots.
