LABOUR DAY (2026-27)

 “The strength of a nation lies in the dignity of its labour.”

Labour Day was celebrated with great respect and gratitude in State Public School, Jalandhar to acknowledge the tireless efforts of the workers who contribute selflessly to the smooth functioning of the institution. The celebration aimed to instill a sense of appreciation and empathy among students towards the labour force.

On this special occasion, the labourers of the school were honoured and gifted with various items as a token of love and gratitude. Students expressed their heartfelt thanks through kind words and gestures, making the workers feel valued and respected.

The programme highlighted the importance of dignity of labour and encouraged everyone to recognize the hard work of those who often remain behind the scenes. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, respect, and appreciation.

The President, Dr Narotam Singh the Vice President, Dr Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along with the Principal Mrs Savina Bahl and Vice Principal Mrs Gagandeep Kaur Khaira extended their sincere gratitude to all the workers for their dedication and commitment. They emphasized that every role is important and deserves respect, and encouraged students to always value and honour the dignity of labour in their lives.
