Teachers' Training Programme 2026

“The future of education lies not in what we teach, but in how we empower teachers to inspire lifelong learners.”

A comprehensive teachers’ training programme was organised focusing on NEP 2020, Flipped Classrooms, 21st Century Learning Skills, Classroom Management, and Life Skills. The session was conducted by Ms. Aditi Ahluwalia, an eminent resource person, who engaged the educators through insightful discussions, practical strategies, and interactive activities.

The training highlighted the key principles of NEP 2020 with an emphasis on learner-centric education, competency-based learning, and holistic development. Teachers were introduced to the concept of flipped classrooms as an effective pedagogical approach to enhance student engagement and promote active learning. The session also focused on strengthening 21st century learning skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, along with effective classroom management techniques and the integration of life skills to prepare students for real-life challenges.

The programme proved to be enriching and empowering, equipping teachers with innovative tools and perspectives to transform classroom practices and align them with contemporary educational requirements.

The President, Dr Narotam Singh, the Vice President Dr. Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along with the Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl and Vice Principal Mrs. Gagandeep Kaur Khaira expressed their appreciation for the active participation of teachers and the valuable insights shared during the session and reiterated its commitment to continuous professional development of educators and emphasized that such training programmes play a vital role in enhancing teaching effectiveness and nurturing competent, confident, and responsible learners for the future.
