With this heartfelt message, State Public School celebrated Mother’s Day with great enthusiasm, joy, and emotional warmth. A grand celebration was organized in the school premises where mothers participated wholeheartedly and mesmerized everyone with their energetic and graceful performances.

The programme commenced with a devotional dance on maa Bhawani  and performances dedicated to mothers. Students expressed their love and gratitude through soulful songs, poems, and cultural performances that beautifully portrayed the importance of mothers in shaping a child’s life. The major highlight of the celebration was the stunning Giddha and vibrant folk dance performances presented by the mothers. Dressed in colourful traditional attire, the mothers filled the stage with energy, confidence, and enthusiasm, leaving the audience spellbound. Their lively performances reflected the rich essence of Punjabi culture and added immense charm and excitement to the celebration.

Several fun-filled games and entertaining activities were also organized for the mothers, in which they participated with great zeal and sportsmanship. The winners were felicitated and all participating mothers were honoured with tokens of love and appreciation by the school management. A ceremonial cake-cutting celebration further added sweetness and joy to the occasion, making the atmosphere emotional and memorable.

On this occasion, the President of the school, Dr. Narotam Singh, Vice President Dr. Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along the Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl, and the Vice Principal Mrs. Gagandeep Kaur Khaira extended their heartfelt wishes to all mothers. In their address, they stated that mothers are the first teachers and strongest pillars of every family and society. They appreciated the unconditional love, dedication, and sacrifices made by mothers and emphasized the importance of respecting and valuing them at every stage of life.
