The main objective of organizing competitions is to build self-confidence, develop skills, and promote self-expression. To fulfill this purpose, State Public School, Jalandhar organized an Inter-House Hindi Poem Recitation Competition, in which students from classes III to VIII showcased their expressive skills by reciting rhythmic poems.

The competition was conducted under the guidance of Hindi teacher, Mrs. Komal Arora. In the first category, students from classes III to V beautifully recited patriotic poems, which deeply moved the audience. In the second category, students from classes VI to VIII presented inspirational poems on self-confidence with great excellence. The enthusiasm of all the participants was truly commendable.

Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl  judged and declared the winners based on the parameters of confidence, expression, rhythm, thought, and presentation. 

From Class III, Jhanvi (Sahibzada Jujhar Singh House) secured the first position, while Saanvi (Sahibzada Zorawar Singh House) stood second. From Class IV, Gyanvi Joshi (Sahibzada Fateh Singh House) achieved the first position, and from Class V, Madhav Agarwal (Sahibzada Zorawar Singh House) bagged the first position, followed by Jasmine Kaur (Sahibzada Jujhar Singh House) in second place. In the senior category, Diljeet Kaur (Sahibzada Zorawar Singh House) from Class VI stood first, while from Class VII, Neha (Sahibzada Jujhar Singh House) and Bhavisha (Sahibzada Ajit Singh House) secured the first and second positions respectively. From Class VIII, Jasmine Kaur (Sahibzada Zorawar Singh House) achieved the first position with her confident and expressive performance.

The President , Dr. Narotam Singh, Vice-President Dr. Gagandeep Kaur of Group of State Public Schools along with the Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl, and Vice-Principal Mrs. Gagandeep Kaur Khaira praised the students for their wonderful performances and motivated them to continue participating in future competitions with the same enthusiasm and spirit.
