Inter-House Chess Competition

 "Chess is the gymnasium of the mind." 

An Inter-House Chess Competition was organized by State Public School, Jalandhar Cantt.  in a spirit of strategic challenge and intellectual engagement. The event saw enthusiastic participation from both the junior and senior wings, showcasing not only sharp minds but also sportsmanship and discipline.

In a thrilling face-off of strategy and skill, Adhayan Bahl from the senior wing emerged victorious, securing 1st place for Sahibzada Zorawar Singh House. From the junior wing, Tejnoor Singh demonstrated remarkable focus and talent, clinching 1st position for Sahibzada Jujhar Singh House.

The competition successfully nurtured analytical thinking and fostered a spirit of healthy rivalry among the students.

The President, Dr. Narotam Singh , the Vice President Dr Gagandeep Kaur along with the Principal Mrs Savina Bahl and Vice Principal Mrs Gagandeep Kaur Khaira congratulated all participants and winners and encouraged students to keep sharpening their minds and striving for excellence.
