Vasant panchami celebration

 Let us bow to the goddess of wisdom and art, who inspires us to pursue learning and creativity.

State Public School, Jalandhar Cantt. celebrated Vasant Panchami in the most unique way as usual.

Vasant Panchami is the festival that marks the significance of Goddess Saraswati who is the goddess of wisdom, knowledge, music, art and science and prayer was performed by our young kids in front of her to embrace this day. This day also marks the beginning of the spring season and this alone is a big reason to rejoice and celebrate. The kids of kindergarten were all dressed in yellow attire and bought yellow cuisines to mark this day. Yellow is a colour that signifies the vibrancy of life and the vividness of nature. It is also known to be the colour of love, prosperity, and purity. 

The President of Group of State Public Schools, Dr. Narotam Singh,the Vice- President, Dr. Gagandeep Kaur and Principal Mrs. Savina Bahl were glad to witness such a superb celebration and wished all happy Vasant Panchami.
